Mini Metro 2023-2024 Registration Forms for Participation in the League

We anticipate these forms being due by late October but will give a deadline at our coaches meeting. 

Team Registration: Please fill out this form at tinyurl.com/mmteamreg2324  if you anticipate/are having a team for the 2023-2024 season. This form is through Sports Engine and does not require you to enter roster/player information as we anticipate teams are still in the process of organizing. Filling out this form will give us a better idea of numbers for each division as we begin to organize. 

Team Roster: When you have a finalized roster, please fill out this form tinyurl.com/mmroster2324. This form is also through Sports Engine and will help us to build your team profile.  It will be necessary to have players’ information including: birthday, school information, address and grade to confirm eligibility. There is a paper copy available if teams prefer to email/mail a paper copy. 

Coach Registration: All coaches will need to register using this link: tinyurl.com/mmcoach2324. Please note that you do not have to apply for a background check through NCSI if you coached for the ‘22-’23 season. All forms are electronic through Sports Engine and you should not have to print anything! 

Player Waiver: All players need to have this form tinyurl.com/mmwaiver2324 filled out by a parent/legal guardian. This is through Sports Engine and families will not need to print anything. If people prefer mailing/emailing forms, here is our traditional paper copy.

Pricing: –Pricing continues to be $600 for teams that provide a gym for the season, $700 for teams that provide a gym for half of the season, $800 for teams that do not provide a gym. Please make checks to Mini Metro Basketball. Please identify the district/team name and level.
